Love Hart's Fried Chicken. I grew up on it. It could have been a Lil cleaner. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was ready in a reasonable amount of time.
Forget about Popeyes. This may be the best spicy chicken I've ever had! The spicy chicken at this Hart's location has insanely delicious seasoning! The spice level is not hot, so won't set your mouth on fire. It's a little on the salty side, but so are most other restaurants' fried chicken. Don't expect anything close to 5-star service. But with a tasty 5 piece mixed for around 7, you get an incredible value. Their sides are good too, especially the baked beans, but selection is limited: mashed potatoes, coleslaw, tots (no fries).
